1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Unbound Booking ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including trainers and clients.

2. Description of Service

Unbound Booking is a platform that connects personal trainers with clients for session booking, payment processing, and calendar management.

Our services include:

• Session booking and scheduling
• Payment processing through Stripe
• Google Calendar integration
• Appointment reminders and notifications
• Session tracking and history
• Package and membership management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Platform. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Types

Trainers: Provide training services, set availability, manage clients, and receive payments.

Clients: Book sessions, make payments, and track training progress.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Session Bookings

When you book a session:

• You enter into a direct agreement with the trainer
• Bookings are subject to trainer availability
• You must attend sessions at the scheduled time
• Late cancellations may be subject to the trainer's cancellation policy

4.2 Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe:

• Payment is required at time of booking (unless paying cash)
• Prices are set by individual trainers
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified by the trainer
• Refunds are subject to the trainer's refund policy
• We do not store your complete credit card information

4.3 Platform Fees

We may charge platform fees or service charges. Current fee structure will be clearly displayed before booking.

4.4 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual trainers. Please review the trainer's policy before booking.

5. Google Calendar Integration

When you connect your Google Calendar:

• You authorize us to create, update, and delete calendar events for your bookings
• We only access appointment data we create - never your other calendar events
• You can disconnect at any time from Settings
• When disconnected, we immediately stop accessing your calendar
• You are responsible for managing your Google account security

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfere with Platform operations or security
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission
• Reverse engineer or copy Platform features
• Share account credentials

7. Trainer Responsibilities

If you are a trainer, you agree to:

• Provide services as described and scheduled
• Maintain appropriate certifications and insurance
• Set clear pricing and cancellation policies
• Honor bookings and commitments
• Maintain professional conduct
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Unbound Booking and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Quality of services provided by trainers

We are a platform connecting trainers and clients. We do not provide training services ourselves and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by trainers.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Services provided by trainers
• Disputes between users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unbound Booking from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules
• Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
